This New Moon event combines the transformative energy of the Sagittarius new moon with the practice of Authentic Relating to create a space for growth, play & meaningful connection.

    Explore meaningful connections while uncovering beliefs, fears or doubts that may be holding you back.

  • 03 - journaling

    Reflect on the insights uncovered during Authentic Relating and use this clarity to set intentions for your next steps.

  • 03 - ocean dip

    Sagittarius is playful, adventures and free - so we’ll end this event with a refreshing ocean dip to cleanse and recharge.

  • Authentic Relating is about creating meaningful connections through honest, open and curious conversations.

    It’s a way to be real with yourself and others in a safe, supportive space.

    Authentic Relating (AR) has its roots in humanistic psychology, inspired by thinkers like Carl Rogers, who emphasized empathy, authenticity and unconditional positive regard in relationships.

    It also draws from practices like mindfulness, Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and relational dynamics such as Circling, which emerged in the 1990s.

    These influences combine to create a framework for meaningful, real-time connection that’s grounded in presence, curiosity and vulnerability.
